The mission of our disability support workers is to help people live life to their fullest potential. Our home care workers recognise that every person is different and requires individual disability support services tailored to them to help them achieve their goals. We value every individual, helping to pair your loved one with a suitable personal care worker in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide.
As one of the leading disability support worker agencies, we are able to provide in home disability support 24/7 to participants to enable them to enjoy life and those special moments with their loved ones, which brings them joy and fulfilment and improves their overall well-being.
At 9D Care, it is our mission to perform our disability care services to high quality standards, providing professional disability support services for individuals and their families. We also provide our disability care services to those that do not receive NDIS personal care as they are not funded by the NDIS, such as WorkCover, TAC or self-funded.
We work to maximise the funding provided to participants to hire a personal care assistant in Australia and can work with you to achieve this. We are dedicated to matching the right disability support workers to our participant’s individual needs, whether it’s a personal assistant for a disabled child or an adult.

I am less stressed and able to catch up to other important things i need to do, especially now that i have the time to do so. So very happy with our support coordinator Rutu, who has made this possible. I only need to make a phone call and she gets onto it asap. Best part is less if not many paperwork to do now, which is a bonus for me. I also find i have some time to spend with my family now, and i am so grateful for this. Engaging with 9D's support coordination services ensured I felt supported while navigating NDIS access (as a family member advocate) for the first time. 9D Care staff were incredibly helpful coordinating Dad's supports, particularly responsive to his specific needs. As a CALD client, great efforts were made to address language barriers where possible.
