We take the time to understand how you communicate consent or discomfort, what assistance you need, any manual handling or equipment involved, your cultural and gender preferences, and any health risks we need to plan around before support begins.
Our trained support workers provide personalised assistance with everyday personal care while respecting your privacy, dignity, choices and routines. Whether you need support with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting or other daily personal activities, we provide care that helps you feel comfortable, confident and as independent as possible.
We will ask only the practical questions needed to check suitability and explain what happens next.
