The right help at home can make everyday life safer and easier without taking away a person's independence.
9D Care supports older Australians with personal care, household assistance, social connection, transport, respite, nursing and selected allied health or home-support services. Services may be privately funded or delivered under an agreed government-funded Support at Home arrangement.
Respectful assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, mobility and daily routines.
Cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and practical help to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
Support to attend appointments, community activities and stay connected with family and friends.
Practical home maintenance, gardening and minor repairs arranged where eligible.
Medication assistance delivered within worker training and agreed care plans.
Planned support giving carers time to rest while ensuring continuity of care.
Clinical support delivered at home by qualified nurses under an agreed care plan.
Government-funded Support at Home begins with an aged care assessment. If the person is approved and funding is allocated, they choose a registered provider and enter into a service agreement.
If you have not been assessed, 9D Care can explain where to start, but we cannot approve government funding. My Aged Care is the official entry point.
