Accessibility Statement

9D Care's commitment to accessible website content, communication and alternative formats.

9D Care is committed to making our website and information accessible to as many people as possible.

Our website standard

The website developer must build and test the underlying website against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This requirement applies to navigation, content, forms and interactive functions. A paid accessibility tool may be provided as an additional option, but it does not replace accessible website development.

What this includes

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation
  • Clear heading structure and page order
  • Sufficient colour contrast
  • Text that can be enlarged without losing content
  • Descriptive labels and error messages for forms
  • Meaningful alternative text for images
  • Screen-reader-compatible links, buttons and controls
  • Captions or transcripts for important audio and video
  • Clear focus indicators and appropriately sized interactive controls
  • No automatically playing audio

Alternative formats and communication support

You can ask for information in another format or request communication assistance. We will work with you to identify a reasonable option.

Email enquire@9dcare.com.au with "Accessibility" in the subject line or call 1800 717 678.

Reporting an accessibility problem

If you cannot access part of the website, tell us the page, the problem and the format or support that would help. We will acknowledge the request and work toward an appropriate response.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We will review content and website changes, address identified barriers and update this statement when required.
