9D Care supports participants across Northern Melbourne, with an office and Activity Centre in Broadmeadows and current supported-living experience in the northern region.
Services may include Daily Living and Personal Care, Community Participation, High-Intensity Supports, Community Nursing, Support Coordination, Recovery Coaching, SIL, accommodation-related support, hospital discharge support and Activity Centre programs.
Our northern coverage may include Broadmeadows, Craigieburn, Epping, Roxburgh Park, Greenvale, Meadow Heights, Thomastown and nearby suburbs, subject to worker availability and the participant's needs.
Our Broadmeadows Activity Centre is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 am–4:00 pm at 61 Riggall Street, Broadmeadows.
We aim to commence most suitable services within 48–72 hours. Complex, accommodation or multiple-worker services may require additional time.
