9D Care provides direct support across Victoria, with active workers across Melbourne and Ballarat. We also provide Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching across multiple states, and national NDIS Plan Management.
No two NDIS plans, goals or daily routines are the same. We start by understanding what support is funded, what the participant wants to work towards and what is needed to deliver the service safely.

Our Regional Area Coordinators help keep referrals and service arrangements moving. We take worker matching seriously — skills, experience, availability, communication, culture and language.
Located at 61 Riggall Street, Broadmeadows, our Activity Centre offers a welcoming space for participants to build skills, stay active, connect with others and take part in meaningful activities.
9D Care provides direct support services across Victoria, subject to local workforce capacity. We have active workers across Melbourne and Ballarat.
Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching may be provided remotely across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. Face-to-face Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching are also available in Perth where suitable staff capacity exists. Plan Management is available nationally.
Commencement time can vary depending on the participant's requirements, worker matching, an optional meet-and-greet, required assessments and safety planning — but we keep you informed at every step.
