BEFORE SUPPORT BEGINS

We start with your routine

We discuss the tasks, schedule, location, worker skills, communication needs, health information, risks, equipment and personal preferences. Personal care is delivered respectfully and with attention to privacy, dignity and choice. Where a task needs clinical direction, specialist training, equipment or two workers, these arrangements must be confirmed before it begins.

02
